AI is no longer Optional!
AI is no longer optional—it’s becoming essential to working smarter, not harder. Tools like Copilot and ChatGPT can help you draft emails, summarise meetings, or pull insights in minutes with the right prompt. You don’t need to be an expert to start; just be open to experimenting. The real risk isn’t AI replacing your job—it’s being outpaced by someone using it well.

You’re probably hearing this more and more — and it can feel overwhelming. Another tool. Another change. Another thing to learn.
But here's the truth: AI isn’t a nice-to-have anymore. It’s part of the modern toolkit.
And learning to work with tools like Copilot or ChatGPT doesn’t mean becoming an expert overnight — it just means being open to working smarter.
Tasks like:
pulling insights from a document,
drafting that tricky email,
summarising meetings,
prepping a plan or idea…
...these can now be done in minutes with the right prompt.
This shift isn’t about losing relevance — it’s about freeing up our time and energy for work that matters.
The question isn’t “Will AI take my job?”
It’s: Will someone using AI do it better?
I’ve started using Copilot as a thinking partner, a writing assistant, and a time-saver — and the gains are real.
If you haven’t tried it yet, start small. Be curious.
But don’t wait too long — this is the kind of shift that leaves people behind without making much noise.
